How should students and staff login to Chromebooks?
With school district account credentials rather than "guest".  If a user needs assistance resetting a password or logging in, please contact the Help Desk.
 
 
How should students access instructional applications and curriculum adoption websites?

What is the best strategy for emailing my students and parents?

Where should I direct parents to if they need assistance or have questions about technology or software that I am unable to answer?
 
 
 
Where do I find help using Microsoft TEAMS?
On the "Staff Tech Help" page (first option under the Staff menu) on the District's homepage (www.pvpusd.net), you will find a link for help with TEAMS that has videos, information and step-by-step directions. Click here to go directly to that page.
 
 
 
I'm not sure who to contact about a technology or software problem?
Start by contacting the Help Desk.  You can call or email.  Please leave a call back number so staff can respond quicker and ask any clarifying questions. Staff is working throughout the school closure and supports staff, students and parents.
